On the 24^th of February 2017 at TMS, we have organized a really interactive and enriching workshop about how to make homemade salve. It’s pretty easy actually!

• First you have to boil different types of oil (coconut and olive oils) and bee wax together.
• Then you can add some essential oils.
• Finally, you can fill it up into a jar.

This evening has really been a lot of fun for both the Greenies and the audience! Hopefully, Greening also managed to inspire and build the capacities of more people to green Hohenheim and their lives! 

Only three ingredients are necessary to make some home-made laundry and cleansing detergents:

1. some soap,
2. a few lemons and
3. some essential oil.

The preparation step by step:

• grind the soap & press the lemons
• warm up the right quantities of soap into the water
• add the right quantities of lemon and essential oils into it. 

After 15 minutes you will have produced your first detergent which can be poured into old alcohol and oil glass bottles.

We have tried out the detergents and they work quite well and smell good!
